The Best of all worlds – private space for up to 15-40 people, access to the full venue with ceiling-high sliding windows and birds-eye-views of the venue and a balcony with the best concert views in the house. Easy access for your guests to roam through the surf shop on one side and 2 staircases into the venue. An indoor/outdoor feel and down-to-earth (backyard of a surf shop!) atmosphere, keep it wide open or close up the doors and windows for weather or to give speeches.
Reserve your room rental at the link below, prices vary based on venue demand and ticketed shows. Food/beverage is not included in the room reservation. We will provide a dedicated party attendant and food/beverage options to fit your needs, $800.00 food/beverage minimum regardless of part size. Tickets required on concert night, and may be purchased through manager with food/beverage choices, including on sold out shows. A manager will reach out within 48 hours of your booking to confirm food/beverage choices. 18% gratuity applies to all food/beverage orders.
